Miss Universe 2015 Pia Wurtzbach clarified the spreading unfounded rumors that she will get married and start a family after she passed the crown to the next Miss Universe.
In a Twitter post, Wurtzbach made a statement that she intends to get married or have a baby after passing on her Miss Universe crown. "Just to be clear, wala po akong balak magkaanak o mag-asawa after Miss Universe. Kalma lang po (I do not have plans to get married or have a baby after the Miss Universe. Please calm down)," she said.
Wurtzbach has been dating Filipino-Swiss race car driver Marlon Stockinger. She spent the New Year's with her boyfriend Marlon Stockinger. Marlon is a race car driver and is the first Filipino to win a formula race in Europe. He rose to celebrity status and became well-known nationwide when he started dating Miss Universe 2015 Pia Wurtzbach.
The couple spent the New Year's holiday in Hawaii and the two showed that they are very comfortable and in love with each other. Their photos are proof.
Most of the photos showed the beauty queen in the arms of her lover. This immediately sparked speculations that the two have plans to settle down after Wurtzbach finished her term down as Miss Universe and will crown her successor this month. Pia flew back in New York to wrap up her last work as the reigning beauty queen.
The Philippines' pride will fly back to Manila for the Miss Universe 2016. The 65th Miss Universe pageant will be held at MOA Arena on January 30.
