Chris Brown's life is no less than a reality TV show. After the news that the singer has an undeclared love child exploded, it is now reported from multiple sources that Brown is taking the mother of his baby to court.
Now, since the world is aware that Brown is a father of a nine-month-old girl, the singer is ready to take the legal actions against baby mama Nia Gonzalez, A.K.A. Nia Guzman. TMZ reported that Brown and Guzman had a deal where the singer will pay a substantial amount to her on a monthly basis as child care, which is much higher than the norms.
Brown allegedly agreed to pay higher amount as he wanted Guzman not to disclose the identity of her child to anyone. Now, since the news is out, Brown is preparing legal docs and quite strangely, will be paying a much lesser amount now.
Other sources reported that Brown has accepted the reality and has decided to take on the responsibility of the child. Rihanna's ex-boyfriend now wants the joint custody of the baby girl who is named Royalty.
"Everything is being worked out behind the scenes, but Chris wants to be in his baby's life every step of the way," a source close to the singer told Hollywood Life. "Since it's his baby and he's going to be giving Nia money to help raise Royalty, he wants to have a lot of parental control and he wants 50/50 custody."
Brown was in a relationship with model Karrueche Tran when the news leaked out that he fathers a child of another woman. Tran dumped him immediately by posting a break-up message on Twitter.
