Nokia phones specs, price, and release date have somehow gone beyond rumors, as HMD Global officially introduced the Nokia 6 to consumers. This latest update of Nokia product marks the first step of the company into the Android industry.
HMD Global, the company which has the exclusive Nokia brand licensing rights, officially introduced Nokia 6 to consumers after a long wait and series of speculations. The introduction of Nokia 6 marks the first of the rumored five to six smartphones to be released by Nokia in the market this year.
Nokia 6 with its specs could be considered as a mid-range smartphone as mentioned by Forbes. It is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 430 processor with X6 LTE modem, coupled with 4GB RAM and 64GB storage with which to run Android Nougat, according to HMD Global.
As for its display, the latest Nokia phone has a bright hybrid in-cell 5.5" screen wrapped in 2.5D Gorilla Glass. Consequently, the latest Nokia offering likewise boasts of 16MP phase detection auto focus rear camera and an 8MP front camera.
With the given features, it has also been reported that Nokia 6 will be priced at 1699 Yuan or roughly around $245. As of the current writing, the availability of the said mobile remains China-exclusive, which will be available only via JD.com website.
