Huawei is planning to launch its upcoming device Huawei P10 flagship smartphones during the MWC (Mobile World Congress) 2017 in February. The Huawei P10 and P10 Plus are expected to be available for buying by March or April.
Recently, new renders of P10 and P10 Plus along with their specifications have surfaced online. Huawei P10 appears to be more stylish and boasts pretty design in comparison to the leaks that emerged earlier.
Huawei P10 will be the successor of P9 that released in April last year. Huawei CEO Yu Chengdong said that the new device will be releasing in summer this year. The P10 is expected to be a smaller device than P10 Plus and the latter is expected to be blessed with dual-edge curved display.
According to the leaked details, the device is carrying a 5.5-inch display with the quad HD resolution of a 2,560 x 1,440 pixels. It is rumored to come powered by Hisilicon Kirin 960 chipset featuring 2.3 GHz octa-core processor along with Mali G71 graphics.
The device is said to come packed with a 6 GB of RAM and a 256 GB internal storage. The smartphone is also likely to come up in a smaller storage variant .
Earlier rumors have stated the device will come feature AI (artificial intelligence) technology like the Bixby AI assistant that is rumored to arrive on Samsung Galaxy S8. It seems that Huawei will introduce Leica dual-lens in its next flagship. It will include wireless charging and the phone is said sport a IP68 certified body that will be resistant to both water and dust, Gizmo China reported.
Huawei launched P9 was launched in April last year as mentioned earlier. The device comes with the full metal body.
At the CES (Consumer Electronics Show) 2017 that was held in the previous week, Huawei has announced Honor 6X budget smartphone. The USP of the phone is that it brings dual camera capabilities with a pricing of $249. It is also equipped with a massive 3,340 mAh battery.
It features a 5.5-inch full HD display, a Kirin 655 chipset featuring 2.1 GHz processor, 3 GB / 4 GB RAM options, 32 GB native storage for US audience and 64 GB inbuilt storage model for European markets, and a microSD card storage, Phone Arena reported.
