According to a Mac Rumors report, KGI Securities analyst Ming-Chi Kuo said that the 10-inch iPad Pro is still to be decided by the tech giant Apple. According to many reports, it is not clear if the tablet will be launched at all.

Some reports suggest that the 10-inch version will have a screen size as large as 10.0 inches. The new models will reportedly come in 9.7", 10-10.5"  and 12.9" versions, 9to5Mac reported. The 12.9-inch model will be the 2nd generation of the current 12.9-inch iPad Pro, the 10-10.5-inch model will be the high-end model.

The new tablet is expected to feature a micro-bezel screen design. The device will target high-end users. Kuo said that the 9.7-inch model will be equipped with an A9 ARM processor to be manufactured by the tech giant Samsung.

According to reports, the Apple iPad Pro 2 will give Surface Pro 4 a run for its money.

For starters, Microsoft Surface Pro 4 sports a 12.3-inch screen with 2,736 x 1,824 pixel resolution, 1 TB of storage, a 5 MP front camera, 6th generation Intel Core processors, 4 GB of RAM and an 8 MP rear camera.

Speculations are doing the rounds that the Apple tablet will ditch the headphone jack. The Microsoft tablet has a headphone jack and can be customized with 16 GB of RAM.

The Apple tablet could get an edge over Surface Pro 4 due to the bezel-free display, iOS 10.3 Theater mode and the home button with a fingerprint scanner embedded into the screen.
