The second DLC expansion pack for "Dark Souls 3" has yet to be revealed by From Software. However, it seems that the game files hint on the unrevealed new content.
The discovery was made by the YouTube vlogger Sanadsk, who found clues pertaining to the name and location of the next DLC. The second pack will be the last one to be released for the medieval hack-and-slash game, following the release of "Ashes of Ariandel" a few months back.
While From Software gave as little information as possible, the YouTuber dug deep through the game's files, which yielded to the discovery of several references for "DLC 2." Also, the search gave the term "Miyako no Mouja," which roughly translates to "city of the dead."
According to WCCF Tech, it is a direct reference to an in-game location, Londor, a city that houses both assassins and hollow people. The video Sanadsk posted explains that some hack-exclusive weapons definitely have a Londor look, which possibly points to the possible new sets to be released alongside the new DLC.
Londor is an entirely new setting that could revitalize the "Dark Souls 3" game's fan base. After all, players have only ever met a few NPCs as well as a host of enemies coming from the city. Exploring the location further and learning more about its backstory will present a serious challenge to players. At the present, From Software neither confirmed nor denied the rumors, according to Game Rant.
Regardless, "Dark Souls 3" still remains to be one of the hardest games around. Its difficulty is legendary, and a lot of players can claim bragging rights for beating the game. With "Ashes of Ariandel" proving to be as brutal as the core game, the second and final DLC is expected to be the same if not more.
"Dark Souls 3" is now available for the PC, PS4 and Xbox One. Here is the video Sanadsk posted that reveals the second DLC for the game.
