The American singer and songwriter Katy Perry are coming up with her new line of footwear next month. As mentioned by her, she wants every girl to know, how it feels to walk in her shoes.
Katheryn Elizabeth Hudson, popularly known as Katy Perry, is known for her songs and not to forget her uniquely loud and vibrant wardrobe. But shockingly, she is more excited in associating herself with a shoe line rather than fashionable clothing, according to USA today.
In an exclusive interview with Glamour, she confirmed that she had long been dreaming about opening a shoe line that is inspired from various spheres of her life. Not only this, she always wanted to have her name associated with something that talk's very well of her personality.
The collection is majorly divided into three themes, the moon and star group called the SOLEstial, Pump up the jam inspired from the 90's and lastly the Havana good times that came from the trip she took with her girlfriends in Cuba.
Katy has always been attracted to shoes since her childhood, and while creating a collection like this, she ensured that it should be feminine, fun and affordable so that it is accessible to every girl. The price of the shoes would start from $60 to $300, which is quite reasonably priced compared to other celebrity collections.
Though she might have had immense pleasure creating this shoe line, she also exclaims that it takes a tremendous amount of effort to bring out something that is so dear to every girl. Everything needs to plan correctly, from conceptualization to small details of the fabric and the way it would look at the end.
This American singer and songwriter have won hearts of many teenage girls with her music, and now she is ready to rock the world with her colorful collection of shoes that would be launched next month.
