"Blue Reflection" revealed new details on the story prologue, battles, and the Ether. Gust also revealed a new character and her details.
The game company revealed on the official website of the video game that it is a story that connects all 15 girls at the Hoshinomiya Girls' High School. The main character, Hinako Shirai, was not able to attend school for a while due to her foot injury. The story starts when she comes to school for the first time.
When Hinako comes back to school, the season is now summer and the school is about to start the culture festival. She comes across with Sanae Nishida who attended her middle school in the past. Sanae is aware of Hinako's foot injury and shows kindness to her, but Hinako still feels a sense of discomfort and strange atmosphere around her.
After noticing that strange aura surrounding Sanae, Hinako finds herself suddenly standing in an unknown world. She hears voices of two girls that encouraged her to fight by putting her heart into the ring that she unknowingly have on her finger. They tell her that she will be enveloped in light and she will transform into a fighter.
The video game will have several events that Hinako can join in and meet with other characters that she can interact with. An event with Sarasa Morikawa from a different class will burst in the classroom demanding Hinako to reveal the reason why she has stopped dancing ballet. The heroine notices a suspicious aura around the angry schoolmate, which triggers an encounter with an enemy.
Gust explained the Ether factor that the Reflectors use to fight against monsters. It is the energy of emotion and they charge that in battles to gain access to other skills they can use to fight. They can heal allies' HP and MP, and they can also use Guard to reduce the enemy's attack.
According to another post on the official website of the video game, the game company revealed another character, Mao Ninagawa. She is a famous actress who has been working since childhood, and continues to work despite the calmer environment. She is a sociable girl who is always focused on people.
