The Android 7.0 Nougat update is now available to more devices such as Sony Xperia Z5, HTC 10, HTC One M9, HTC One A9, Huawei Honor 8 and Asus ZenFone 3.
Android 7.0 Nougat for Sony Xperia Z5, Z5 Compact, Z5 Premium, Z3+
Earlier this week, it was reported that Android 7.0 Nougat update was certified for Sony Xperia Z5 series, Xperia Z4 Tablet and Xperia Z3+. Fresh news suggest Sony has begun the roll out of Android N update for Sony Xperia Z5 devices such as Xperia Z5, Xperia Z5 Compact and Xperia Z5 Premium, Xperia Blog reported.
Its software version number is 32.3.A.0.372 and it weighs 1.3 GB. Sony has already released Android N update to Sony Xperia X, XZ, X Performance and X Compact.The update is also now available for Xperia Z3+ users.
Android 7.0 Nougat for HTC 10, HTC One M9, HTC One A9
The HTC 10 Android 7.0 Nougat roll out started at the start of this month. Since it contained bugs, the Taiwanese tech giant had stop its roll out. A tweet from well-known leakster, LlabTooFeR has revealed that the HTC will resume the Android 7.0 Nougat update for HTC 10 within 3 weeks.
HTC EMEA's Product and Service Director, Graham Wheeler has stated that unlocked HTC 10 and HTC One M9 users in Europe would be getting Android 7.0 Nougat within 2 weeks. The Taiwanese company has also released Nougat for HTC One A9 users in the U.S.
Android 7.0 Nougat for Huawei Honor 8
The Android 7.0 Nougat along with EMUI 5.0 is now available for Huawei Honor 8 users in Japan since Jan. 16. The update weighs 1.97 GB. As the Chinese manufacturer had confirmed earlier, the Honor 8 users in the U.S. are expected to receive the update in the next month.
Android 7.0 Nougat for Asus ZenFone 3
Android 7.0 Nougat update for ZenFone 3 users began in the second week of this month in Philippines. Since it contains some bugs, the update roll out has been halted temporarily. The update is expected to be available once again soon, Phone Arena reported.
Android 7.0 Nougat for ZUK Z2, ZUK Z2 Pro
Speculations are rife that the Android 7.0 Nougat update would be hitting Lenovo's ZUK Z2 and ZUK Z2 Pro by this week. The company had officially confirmed earlier that Z2 Pro would be updated with Android N starting from Jan. 28.
