A new image has surfaced showcasing brand new characters from the Universal Survival Arc. The image from V-Jump also shows the Survival Arena in "Dragon Ball Super."

"Dragon Ball Super" Spoilers: New Image shows Upcoming Arc's Characters
YonkouProductions has tweeted first look at the new characters to be introduced in the Universal Survival Arc. These characters are also penned by Akira Toriyama.
Meanwhile, the image also shows new characters - the new God of Destruction and Angel Pair.
According to YonkouProductions' tweet, there will be a Survival Arena in the new arc.
Toei's plot for Universal Survival Arc
"At Goku's request, the Omni-Kings' "Tournament of Power" martial arts tournament between universes now begins! ...But this also proves to be the beginning of universal destruction. "Dragon Ball Super enters its new chapter, the "Universe Survival Arc".
