Sean has a long association with West. He had signed with West's GOOD music in 2007 and they have rapped in numerous songs together. West had a guest appearance on the first album of Sean and they rapped together in another single ''Mercy'' which was released on April 6, 2012. Sean and West had sung this song for the compilation album ''Cruel Summer'' of GOOD Music.  Pusha T and southern rapper 2 Chainz too were a part of this single too.

The fans of Sean are very happy with this news as his third studio album ''TWENTY88'' in collaboration with Jhené Aiko was released on Apr. 1, 2016. And within a year one more album is on its way. His inclusion in Rihanna's ''Anti World Tour'' signifies his growing popularity as a singer.

According to Rolling Stone, the singer was in a reflective mood and he added on the chorus, "Thank you God for all my setbacks.  'Cause he the reason I'm able to give back. This feels like my Sunday morning jetpack. Feel like I sent the prayers up and got blessed back."
