"This is Us" Season 1 episode 13 will follow Jack and Rebecca as they organize birthday parties for the children. The episode will also follow Randall as he tries his best to make some quality time with William, his biological father.
Titled "Three Sentences," episode 13 will feature loads of interesting stuff not just for Jack, Rebecca and Randall, but also for Kevin, Kate and William, US Blasting News reported. The promo video for the upcoming episode has just been released, offering a glimpse of the characters and their personal and professional dilemmas.
Based on the clip, it looks like William has finally found a brand new zest for life. Aside from the fact that he looks more spirited than ever, he also tells Beth and his son Randall that he is already feeling better than he was in the previous months. William's sudden transformation may prove to be unexpected for fans, especially since the events of late have laid his life on the line.
In one part of the promo video, the narrator reveals that William will also have the chance to live out one of his greatest dreams before he bites the dust. Talking to Randall, he says that before he dies, he is going to do something he has always wanted to do but has never done in his entire life.
The video also shows Kate all geared up to take the next steps towards getting herself a new life. While taking part in what seems to be a group activity, she receives a call from Kevin and tells him, "I'm not sure." After her conversation with Kevin, one guy from the group looks relieved knowing that it was Kate's brother on the phone and not her boyfriend. The guy seems to be Kate's new admirer.
Meanwhile, Kevin seeks Toby's advice regarding his current dilemma. He tells him that he only got one last shot to win back the love of his life. In one of the scenes, he is shown making a big attempt to patch things up with his girl.
Capping off the promo video is a kissing scene between Jack and Rebecca. Jack suggests having another kid with Rebecca, but the video cuts before Rebecca finishes up her response to the shocking suggestion.
"This is Us" is set to air on Jan. 24 on NBC. Each season of the breakout drama series will consist of 18 episodes following its successful run, according to Variety.
