Anshel loves horseback riding, scuba diving and boating, according to her profile in the official website of the beauty pageant. Born in Herzliya, Israel, the youngest Miss Universe 2016 candidate grew up living onboard a boat in the Herzliya marina.
Miss Universe Singapore Cheryl Chou, Miss Universe Malaysia Kiran Jassal and Miss Universe Venezuela Mariam Habach are also 20 years old but they are months younger than Idrizi, Dimachk, Esterhuizen and Dalley. Chou, Jassal and Habach were born on March 15, 1996, on March 11, 1996 and on Jan. 26, 1996, respectively.
On Jan. 17, Habach received a cash prize of 50,000 pesos ($1,000) after winning a ceremony at the Flawless Face and Body Clinic in SM Seaside City, Cebu City. During the event, Flawless CEO Rubby Sy told Inquirer, “Flawless beauty is something from within. We often judge people by physical appearance, but, confidence, inner beauty, that always comes out. It always makes a difference.”
