As part of the preparations made by the company, they invested a lot resources in identifying the mistakes that led to the Note 7 debacle last year. The company later on recognized that the flaws in the battery design and manufacturing caused the device to explode.
In order to avoid such fiasco and regain the trust of consumers, Samsung mobile boss DJ Koh assured that Note 8 will be safer and innovative upon release. During a press event, the company assured that they will be using safer parts for the upcoming Galaxy Note 8.

It is also to be expected that Samsung Note 8 will come with voice-based AI assistant known as "Bixby", according to Android Pit.
Moreover, the previously reported "Beast Mode" option will also stimulate the interest of consumers. With such speculated update, consumers would enjoy an increased memory, greater processing power, and increased graphical ability.
Meanwhile, the specific release date of the said device is yet to be confirmed. However, the company assured that Note 8 is indeed in the works, according to Yahoo Tech. It is said to be launched until sometime this fall.
