The anticipation for "Furious 7" keeps rising with each drop of songs from the movie, as its release date approaches. Fans are thrilled to see scenes from the "Fast Furious 7" or "Fast 7" in some of the OST videos, which have drawn several millions of views on YouTube.
"Ride Out" (Kid Ink, Tyga, Wale, YG, Rich Homie Quan), released three weeks ago, is the most popular "Fast Furious 7" OST video on Atlantic Records' page on YouTube. The video, which contains "Fast 7" quick peeks, has been viewed over five million times since Feb. 16.
"Go Hard or Go Home" by Wiz Khalifa and Iggy Azalea was published over three weeks ago on YouTube without any "Furious 7" scenes. Still, it has so far drawn almost five million views. Music, movie, car and action enthusiasts, as well as fans of the "Fast 7" cast keep the view counts climbing.
"My Angel" by Prince Royce was dropped a week ago, and it has already attracted nearly a million views to date. In contrast, the "Fast & Furious 7" official trailer in HD, released in November 2014, has so far drawn nearly 46 million views.
The past six "Fast and Furious" films have established a solid following. This fan base joined the world in grieving the tragic death of actor Paul Walker, whose scenes in "Furious 7" trailers make many fans emotional.
"Furious 7" was written by Chris Morgan and directed by James Wan on a $250 million budget. The movie cast is led by: Vin Diesel, the late Paul Walker, Dwayne Johnson, Michelle Rodriguez, Jordana Brewster, Tyrese Gibson, Ludacris, Lucas Black and Jason Statham.
This seventh "Fast and Furious" installment will premiere in cinemas on Apr. 2 (which is Apr. 3 in U.S. air date and timezone). The "Furious 7" soundtrack will be released on iTunes in a week's time. The OST contains 16 songs.
