"The Flash" Season 3 episode 12 airs Feb. 7. The upcoming segment is titled "Untouchable" and it will see a criminal meta-human create chaos in Central City. In "The Flash" Season 3 episode 12 "Untouchable," the show will introduce a new villain, who happens to be a meta-human. Clive Yorkin. As revealed in the synopsis (via Spoilers Guide), Clive Yorkin is on killing spree. He is methodically killing people in the Central City. He causes his victim's body to decay at an accelerated rate leading to their death.
Barry Allen and the team S.T.A.R. Labs come together to stop Clive Yorkin, who is a wanted criminal. His next target is Joe. Unfortunately, Iris finds herself caught in the crossfire.
Clive Yorkin will be portrayed by the "Impastor" actor Matthew Kevin Anderson. Clive is a career criminal who was imprisoned for numerous crime. His only chance of release was to become a part of an experiment called Nephron Process. However, the experiment has a reverse effect on Clive Yorkin and drives him insane.
In addition, fans will see Barry mentor Kid Flash and help him hone his powers and skills. They take the Kid Flash's training to the next level.
