Samsung's Galaxy Tab S3 will finally be revealed at the upcoming Mobile World Congress 2017. Even if the event is still weeks ahead, there are already specs and features circulating the Internet in the form of leaked info.
With the Galaxy Note 7 fiasco slowly fading in the background, Samsung now has a chance to woo customers again with new devices. The new Galaxy Tab S3 is less anticipated compared to the Galaxy S8 or the Note 8 but it still hits a niche market.
One emerging leak is that the Samsung Galaxy Tab S3 will be launching with an S Pen bundled at launch, Sam Mobile has learned. Unfortunately, the S Pen will not have a secure space in the tablet itself.
The Samsung S Pen is also the same one found in the Note series. It is preferred by many because of its accuracy and quality. The length of the accessory for the tablet has not yet been determined.
More Galaxy Tab S3 accessories include a Book Cover case which protects the device from minor scratches, and the Keyboard Folio for typing capabilities. Users will be able to bring their work with them without having to rely on a bulky laptop.
Samsung Galaxy Tab S3 specs include the Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 SoC and a 9.6-inch display, CNET reported. The screen will have a 2048 x 1536 pixel resolution which ensures a high-enough pixel density for the large size.
Google's new Android 7.0 Nougat version will be run by the tablet out of the box. It will also come with 4GB of RAM which means multitasking will be a breeze. Users can also take selfies with the 5MP front camera and capture moments with the 12MP rear snapper.
Samsung may reveal the Galaxy Tab S3 specs and features at MWC 2017. The price is expected to start at $600.
