Real Betis has been struggling at the moment with four winless tries in their last five matches. The team is currently 13th in the Spanish top flight table, 10 points above the bottom three relegation zone but 12 points below the final Europa League qualifying spot held by fifth-place squad Villarreal.

The Béticos were able to hold the defending champions FC Barcelona to a 1-1 draw in their most recent La Liga game on Jan. 29, as per SkySports.

After a goalless first half of action, Spanish striker Alex Alegria broke the game's deadlock in the 75th minute for head coach Victor Sanchez's squad with a close-range shot.

It looked like an upset win for Betis as time slowly ran out, but Barcelona striker Luis Suárez buried the equalizer at the stroke of full-time to salvage the draw and a share of a point in the standings.

Meanwhile, Valencia is also reeling with a two-game losing skid. The team is winless in four of their last six outings as they are now settled in the 16th spot in the overall standings, only six points above the relegation area.

Los Che is coming off a crushing 0-4 defeat at the hands of contending side Eibar on their own home pitch of Mestalla Stadium last Saturday, Football España reported.

A 10-man side of head coach Voro Gonzalez was not able to respond even with a single goal during the contest as Eibar netted four, courtesy of a brace by Sergio Enrich in the 28th and 77th minutes while Adrian Gonzalez and Dani Garcia netted a goal each in the 45th+3 and 57th minutes respectively.

Valencia midfielder Carlos Soler was sent off in the first half injury time for violent conduct.
