Enrich opened the scoring in the 28th minute before compatriot Adrian Gonzalez doubled their lead in the first half injury time. Team captain Dani Garcia the made it a 3-0 count in the 57th minute with a right-footer from outside of the box.
Enrich scored his second goal of the game in the 77th minute by directing midfielder Fran Rico's assist towards the back of Valencia goalkeeper Diego Alves' net, completing Eibar's four-goal haul.
Meanwhile, Granada was able to snap a six-game winless slide as the team nipped middling squad Las Palmas, 1-0, at their home ground of Los Cármenes Stadium on Monday, SkySports reported.
Brazilian midfielder Andreas Pereira netted the winning goal of the game in the 17th minute with a right-footer off a pass by teammate Mehdi Carcela-Gonzalez.
Despite the win, head coach Lucas Alcaraz's side is still in the bottom three relegation area, tied on points with cellar-dwelling side Osasuna but has a higher goal differential. The team is five points behind 17th-place team Leganes.
