A survey comprised of 30 respondents from the South Korean entertainment industry and other experts named Kim as the said Asian country's best screenwriter. Receiving votes from more than half of the respondents, the "Goblin" and "Descendants of the Sun" writer topped the said list, according to data from TV Report, as cited by Koreaboo.
Kim is known for creating hit television series that captured the interest of many fans, both in South Korea and in different countries across the globe. In an announcement, as obtained by Korea Herald, Gong's agency Management SOOP revealed that the "Coffee Prince" actor received offers to visit 15 countries for special fan events and even included a competitive compensation package with special benefits for the Hallyu star.
However, Gong's agency did not divulge other details of the potential fan meeting tour. It appears that the actor has a full schedule and would only be able to do international promotions beginning mid-March.
