Selena Gomez and The Weeknd is currently one of the most talked-about couples in Hollywood. They have been spotted jet-setting overseas on dates and packing up some PDA whenever they are together.
It is clear that Selena and The Weeknd are not hiding their relationship. Sources close to the couple are also aware that the two are in a happy and healthy relationship. According to one source, Gomez always has the time of her life when she is with The Weeknd, especially since he knows how to treat her right. The source added that Selena is falling deeply in love with him day by day.
The feeling is mutual for The Weeknd. A source reveals that the "Starboy" crooner has always admired Gomez, and even pointed out that some of the lyrics to his song are about the "Hands to Myself" singer. A source tells E! News that The Weeknd finds Gomez "extremely talented and sexy."
However, there are rumblings that the young couple may be going through a rough patch. The speculations came up after The Weeknd posted a cryptic message on Twitter saying, "Playing with me is a dangerous game."
The tweet came out shortly after In Touch claimed that trouble may be brewing for the couple and that Gomez is "suffocating" her new beau.
A source claims that although The Weeknd likes Gomez, he finds that she is "moving way too quickly." "Selena's paranoid that fans will be throwing themselves at The Weeknd and he'll be tempted to stray. She's so scared that she's threatened to dump him if he doesn't let her come along on tour," the source says.
The quote refers to The Weeknd's "Starboy: Legend of the Fall 2017 World Tour" which will kick off on Feb. 17. The source adds that The Weeknd is having second thoughts about their relationship. Neither The Weeknd nor Selena has spoken about the issue.
Gomez and The Weeknd dating news first erupted in January, after they were photographed making out. Bella Hadid, The Weeknd's ex-girlfriend, was reportedly bitter of the hook up and unfollowed Gomez on Instagram.
