The PewDiePie anti-semitic brouhaha has taken the YouTube community by storm as vloggers expressed their two cents over the issue. Meanwhile, there are others who dug deep to one of the hit piece instigators' online history and unearthed some interesting finds.

From the looks of it, Wall Street Journal's Ben Fritz may have gotten quite edgy himself in the past with his tweets as data mining faithfuls of Pewds uncovered such posts. The tweets, albeit being in a humorous tone, has hints of racism on it making the online community especially those from Pewds' "Bro Army" deem him as a hypocrite, according to The Sun.

There is one particular tweet that has been making rounds as of late where Fritz mentioned that he went on his first Chanukah party adding that Jews were such frying virtuosos. This resulted in a barrage of tweets that even Pewds' fellow YouTubers were spotted on the string.

Pewds, on the other hand, took to Twitter as well to reveal that WSJ went to his home address and allegedly offered him the "platform to defend himself" - a thing that he already did on his YouTube channel. However, the said encounter was not filmed by the YouTube star.

In the interim, colleagues of Pewds in the now canned sophomore season of "Scare PewDiePie" pointed out that the famed vlogger is quite a reticent individual. In a statement obtained by Business Insider, the co-worker stated that Pewds is a "charismatic and likable person," though a bit of the shy type.

Moreover, Pewds' character onscreen completely changes offscreen in which his edgy persona on the former is preferred by most viewers on YouTube. As of late, Pewds seems to have gotten over the media hit job as his latest video featured him playing "Sniper Elite 4's" DLC - "Target: Fuhrer" where he successfully shot and killed the mad leader - right in the nut.

Meanwhile, two of Pewds close friends - Jacksepticeye (Seán William McLoughlin) and Markiplier (Mark Edward Fischbach) already expressed their support for Pewds, though the former highlighted that he does not condone what his friend did regardless of the context.
