After more than a week of hiatus from posting on her Instagram account, “Descendants of the Sun” actress Song Hye Kyo is back from her Japan vacation. On Wednesday, the 35-year-old actress posted several images taken from her forthcoming cover for a fashion magazine.
According to AllKpop, Song Hye Kyo and Yoo Ah In are the couple models for the 12th anniversary issue of W fashion magazine. Their photos are a preview of the 2017 Fall/Winter Collection of Burberry fashion brand.
Male & Female Editions
Song Hye Kyo posted the cover of the magazine showing her wearing a Burberry signature white ruffle dress that was showcased on a London runway. The W March issue has two versions for women and men. In the women’s edition, the actress is the cover girl, while in the male edition, the cover boy is Yoo Ah In.
When Song Hye Kyo posted on Instagram the cover of the W March female edition, the post became viral with more than 110,000 likes in less than one day. She posted nine images, three of which were with Yoo Ah In, while six were her solo shots.

All of the photos got more than 100,000 likes and elicited hundreds of comments. Her fans, such as yushashim06, were happy to finally see a new project for Song Hye Kyo almost a year after “Descendants of the Sun.” The only times that they have viewed her was when she attended two award ceremonies in Korea and when she held her fan meet on her 35th birthday.
Interestingly, the photo with Yoo Ah In got almost 170,000 likes, but one of the comments was by pungkiddo who continues to hope that Song Hye Kyo would have another collaboration with Song Joong-ki. But the 31-year-old actor appears to be quite busy these days spending time with Park Bo Gum.
Anjanii14 wondered if Song Joong-ki would become jealous of Yoo Ah In, but leafyamethyst reminded them, “it’s a photo shoot, not a wedding … These ppl are actors and some of you need reality check!” Despite the speculation that Song Joong-ki and Park Bo Gum are in a bromance, many fans continue to ask Song Hye Kyo when would she make a similar photoshoot with her “Descendants of the Sun” leading man.
