In "American Housewife" Season 1 episode 15 titled "The Man Date," Greg Otto (Diedrich Bader) befriended a fellow history buff named Stan (Timothy Omund), who happened to be married to Chloe Brown Mueller (Jessica St. Clair). Because of this, Katie Otto (Katie Mixon) had a hard time putting aside her ongoing feud with Chloe.
Taylor Otto (Meg Donnelly) learned that Anna-Kat Otto (Julia Butters) was being bullied at school in "The Man Date." Taylor gave little sister some advice, which turned the latter into the bully.
In episode 16 titled "Bag Lady," Katie wants to prove a point so she will stop micromanaging. Soon, however, she will realize everything still runs smoothly.
Later on, Katie will be sold defective trash bags. She will then get revenge on the local grocery store where the items were bought.
"Bag Lady" was written by Vanessa McCarthy and Julie Bean and directed by John Putsch. The episode will air on March 7, Tuesday, at 8:30 p.m. on ABC.
Daniel DiMaggio will be in "Bag Lady" as Oliver Otto. The young actor played young Michael Westen in "Burn Notice" in 2013, Corky in "The Haunted Hathaways" in 2014, Kal-El in "Supergirl" Season 1 episode 13 titled "For the Girl Who Has Everything" and Brady in "Clarence" from 2014 to 2016.
Also appearing "Bag Lady" is Jennifer DeFilippo, who will play a woman shopper. The actress, who is known for playing Jane in "The Exorcist," will reprise her shopper in "The American Housewife" Season 1 episode 18.
Aside from starring in "American Housewife," Mixon is set to star in "Soul Ties." Set to be released on Dec. 14, 2018, the upcoming drama film directed by Tee Ashira and Victor Hobson will also star Rocsi Diaz, Christopher McDonald, Joe Torry, Rolonda Watts, Chico Benymon, Arnell Powell, Kyla-Drew, Flex Alexander, Terri J. Vaughn and Victoria Rowell.
