Misbehavior of Chinese tourists, whether they are in domestic destinations or overseas, continue. In the last few months, a lot of reports have been made about the wrong behavior, with a Chinese man throwing rocks at kangaroos the latest to be added.
Not Wrong to Throw Rocks?
Next Shark reported that the latest incident happened on Sunday at a zoo in Yangzhou Province. Since the Australian animals were resting, to get the kangaroos to move, the man threw stones at the animals. However, when he was stopped by other zoo visitors, the man said it was not wrong to throw rocks at the kangaroos.
His excuse for his behavior is that he is on a rare trip. It implies it would be a long time before he would have another chance to see animals usually found only in other countries such as the kangaroo in Australia. Seeing the kangaroo jump on its hind legs, which few animals could do, would be worth taking videos or photos. It is likely something the man wanted to happen, so he attempted to provoke the animals into action by throwing rocks.
Viral Video
Someone took a video – which became viral - of the incident and posted it on Chinese social media. A lot of the netizens commented that it should be the Chinese man who should be inside a cage and thrown rocks at, Shanghaiist reported.
In June, a Chinese tourist was photographed filling a plastic water with sacred water at a shrine in Japan. Since Shanghai Disneyland, there are a lot of reports on the wrong behavior of Chinese tourists such as stealing fake candies from a statues, defecating and urinating on the ground, and ransacking the nearby shops.
