The late Paul Walker's "Furious 7" co-star Vin Diesel is again a proud dad and has recently posted on his Facebook page an "aww-striking" photo of his third child, with model girlfriend Paloma Jimenez on Monday.
The photo, in sepia tone and might have been taken in a delivery room, shows the brawny actor letting his head down toward the baby, whose name and gender have yet to be revealed.
The 47-year-old "The Fast and the Furious" star captioned the photo with endearing lyrics from a 1967 classic "What A Wonderful World," popularized by Jazz icon Louis Armstrong. The actor quotes, "I hear babies crying, I watch them grow. They'll learn much more, than I'll ever know. And I think to myself, what a wonderful world..."
The news of Diesel's third child being born came almost three weeks before the opening of the much-anticipated "Furious 7," the seventh sequel of Universal Pictures' biggest franchise of all time, "The Fast and the Furious."
Reports circulated in February that the actor and his longtime partner were expecting a new addition to the family, and that the actor would miss out a few promotional stops for the movie he co-produced and co-stars with Walker. In line with that, a slight shift of schedule had been carried out to accommodate a premiere in L.A. instead of what was originally a March 10 Abu Dhabi premiere.
A source close to Diesel told Us Weekly that the "Furious 7" star is not the kind of guy "who likes to talk about his kids, but he's a huge family man. He wants to be close to home during the next few months."
Although not married, Diesel and Jimenez have been together since 2007 and are also proud parents to son Vincent Sinclair, and daughter Hania Riley.
