One of the largest wireless network operator in the United States, T-Mobile, is rumored to launch its own line of mobile phones. Recent reports claim that leaked images of the rumored T-Mobile handset is now circulating the web.
According to Slash Gear, rumors are leading to details that the giant wireless telecommunications company is ready to provide the public a high-end android device that is cheaper than the usual price of today's top notch smartphones. The report cited the speculations that T-Mobile's smartphone will be named as REVVL T1.
The same publication cited that this will not be the last handset of the company. It was noted that T-Mobile is rumored to release more smartphones under the REVVL name. With that said, reports are loud that a REVVL smartphone series might be coming soon. In fact, the speculations revealed that the next handsets after the T1 are going to be the REVVL T2 and REVVL T3 PRO.
On the other note, Android Authority revealed the possible specifications of the T-Mobile REVVL T1. The report noted that the upcoming flagship of T-Mobile is going to have a 5.5 inch IPS capacitive screen display and would run under the Android Nougat operating system. It may have a 13 megapixel rear camera with LED flash, a 5 megapixel front camera with flash that is said to capture wider angles, a fingerprint sensor for added security, and a 3,000 mAh battery as its power supply.
Another detail revealed by the same publication is that the T-Mobile REVVL T1 is said to be an ODM device. Meaning, T-Mobile will not be manufacturing the smartphone. It was noted that TCL, the parent company of Alcatel, is tasked to manufacture the said T-Mobile handset. However, the publication cited that it is not known whether TCL will also be the one that will manufacture the other rumored smartphones under the REVVL series.
In regards to the price, reports suggest that the REVVL T1 will be cheaper compared to other premium smartphones.
