"Bones" Season 10 will soon return on Fox. The latest spoiler reports point out to new serial killers and big problems for Brennan (Emily Deschanel) and Booth (David Boreanaz). Episode 11, aka Bones 10x11, airs on Thursday, Mar. 26.
"Bones" show boss Stephen Nathan told Examiner that viewers are in for "little surprises" spread through the next 11 episodes of the series. Brennan's pregrancy, for instance, will have "a little bit more impact" on Brennan and Booth.
Nathan explained Brennan's mindset in her second pregnancy will be far different now that major conflicts have developed since her first pregnancy. Booth will also be gambling again, and this causes bigger problems.
Earlier, a "Bones" Season 10 promo video promising "insane episodes" was released for the show's fans. (The last original episode was aired on Fox on Dec. 11.) Among the things to look forward to in the new episodes are cases related to new serial killers.
There will be more than one serial killer in the next 11 episodes of "Bones" Season 10, according to Nathan. The show boss also hinted at the effects of one villain in the series: Christopher Pelant. Although he is dead, Nathan said, "the effects of Pelant's life have not gone away."
Pelant is the last serial killer to complicate the lives of Brennan and Booth. His arc appears to have ended early in "Bones" Season 9, but Nathan implies his name may be mentioned sometime in the next episodes.
"Bones" Season 10 Episode 11 is entitled "The Psychic in the Soup." This next new episode will touch upon the memories of a departed character, Lance Sweets. Brennan, Booth and the other characters are expected to continue to remember him with fondness.
