Fans are now excited to see a trailer for the upcoming film "Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice" as Gal Gadot has disclosed her thoughts on her dream role Wonder Woman.
In an interview with Superhero Hype, Gadot said that it is "a once in a lifetime opportunity" to play the character of Wonder Woman. She talked about her dream role, which is to play the role a strong woman who can handle tough situations and will become a foundation of empowerment for women. She does not prefer playing roles of women being saved or becoming victims. And now she will be playing the role of Wonder Woman and she views the superhero as the "strongest most empowering woman ever."
Joining Gadot as Diana Prince/ Wonder Woman in the "Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice" cast are Henry Cavill as Clark Kent/ Superman, Ben Affleck as Bruce Wayne/ Batman, , Jeremy Irons as Alfred Pennyworth, Jessee Eisenberg as Lex Luthor, Laurence Fishburne as Perry White, and Amy Adams as Lois Lane.
Previously, a trailer has been allegedly posted by a source in Comic Central City. The post said that the new trailer for "Batman v Superman" is a rework of the previous one, which opens Batman as a narrator. There were also bits of scenes featuring Aquaman, Cyborg, and The Flash, with Aquaman wearing his costume while The Flash and Cyborg in civilian clothes.
Warner Bros. had no official confirmation about the reportedly leaked trailer. At present, the said trailer cannot be accessed.
The Projection List noted trailer dates for "Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice." A teaser trailer is scheduled to be shown on May 1 this year, together with "Avengers: Age of Ultron." Another teaser trailer is planned be released on May 15 along with "Mad Max: Fury Road."
"Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice" is slated to premiere in theaters and cinemas on March 25, 2016 while "Wonder Woman" solo movie is slated to hit theaters and cinemas on June 23, 2017.
