Rockstar has been teasing PC gamers for a long time. They launched the title for Playstation 3 and Xbox 360 consoles in 2013. There was no confirmation on whether it will make its way to next gen consoles and PC.

During E3 2014, they announced that the game is scheduled for a holiday launch on the rest of the platforms. But, owing to development reasons and to deliver better quality, the Windows version was postponed again to January and then to April.

With the release date coming close, it is not sure whether the developers plan to postpone the game one more time. But, when it comes on PC with full support for 4K resolution and improved graphics, it is going to be visually superior when compared to PS4 and Xbox One versions, reported Games Radar.

In their official Newswire blog, the developers added that they have optimized "GTA 5" so that it works best on all latest hardware that PC gamers own. The title has been enhanced in terms of hardware support, graphical fidelity and will not have the same porting issues that "GTA IV" had, according to the developers.

Players who pre-order the game will receive $1.5 million virtual cash as a bonus which they can use to buy apartments, luxury boats and weapons to dominate other players in GTA Online, multiplayer modes. The game launches on April. 14. An official trailer for the upcoming title in the "Grand Theft Auto" series is reportedly getting released next week.
