It appeared that British politician David Cameron is playing a trick on April fool's day when he declared to the world that he is related to Kim Kardashian. According to a recent interview, the 48-year-old politician is the 13th cousin of popular reality TV personality of U.S.
"No, but I'm related to them," the British politician who has served as the Prime Minister of the United Kingdom since 2010 told in an interview with gossip website Heat when quizzed whether he has ever watched the reality show "Keeping Up With The Kardashians."
"Did you know I'm 13th cousins with them?" he quickly added.
Despite disclosing the fact about his link with the Kardashians, Cameron did not appear much enthusiastic about a possible family reunion with Kris Jenner and her other daughters Kourtney and Khloe Kardashian.
The revelation, which appears to be a joke, is actually true. Kardashian and Cameron share a mutual ancestor, Sir William Spencer, who was born in 1555. The fact is proved by genealogy website Geni.com as well. Kardashian's mother Kris Jenner was born in the lineage of Houghton family who were a descendent of Russells, Daily Mail reported.
The 33-year-old Kardashian is currently the reigning queen of reality TV, who catapulted to fame due to her infamous leaked sex tape, the star is now married to the famous rapper Kanye West and is the face of her family's show KUWTK.
Furthermore, the politician also admitted that he is scared of rats. Also, the leader of the Conservative Party since 2005 once aspired to become a lorry driver and a farmer when he was growing up. Kardashian has yet to comment on the revelation made by the British Prime Minister.
