Pokemon lovers will see another movie this year "Pokemon the Movie XY: Archdjinni of the Rings: Hoopa."
"Pokemon" anime creators have just boosted Pokemon fans with their announcement of the upcoming movie this year, as per Venture Capital Post. The film is entitled "Pokemon the Movie XY: Archdjinni of the Rings: Hoopa." It also serves as the 18th "Pokemon" anime movie and the second film in the XY series.
The film will feature Ash, Pikachu, and his friends, plus the legendary Pokemon Hoopa. Despite its cute appearance, Hoopa has potentially powerful abilities, which have not yet been unleashed. It is also said that a dark force will attempt to transform Hoopa's amiable nature into a grouchy one, post a threat to Ash and his friends. Intimidated by an ill-tempered Hoopa, Ash and Pikachu will attempt to battle the legendary Pokemon in order to save it.
Rumors also say that Hoopa is the key to the appearance of other legendary Pokemon in the movie, including Groudon and Kyogre in their Primal forms as well as a Shiny Mega Rayquaza. However, the said legends are either enemies or allies to help save the world from the raging Hoopa.
Meanwhile, Ash will be battling his gym leader friend Clemont in the latest episode 65 of the XY anime series, as per Kpopstarz. The two were preparing for their gym battle when Officer Jenny suddenly came to arrest Clembot. Jenny said that the robot has been committing crimes around the locality. Ash and Clemont team up to find out what happened to Clembot and to clear his name.
The voice cast for the upcoming film will include Rica Matumoto as Satoshi (Ash), Ikue Otani as Pikachu, and Mayuki Makiguchi as Serena.
