"Scandal" Season 4 resumes Thursday, April 19 2015 with high on drama Episode 19. The upcoming episode titled "I'm Just a Bill" will see the return of Olivia Pope's (Kerry Washington) father Rowan Pope (Joe Morton). Papa Pope's return means difficult decisions and new challenges for Olivia. Here are few spoilers for the next episode of "Scandal" Season 4. Read on to find out what happens next and where things go from here for Olivia.

In Episode 18, Rowan Pope surprised Olivia when he unexpectedly arrived at her home with Franklin. Episode 19 "I'm Just a Bill" will be the continuation of the story revolving around Rowan Pope and his decision of coming back.
In the past, the ex-commanding CIA officer has led to some difficult times for his daughter and it seems he is back in action. Olivia is clearly threatened when she comes face to face with Rowan Pope.
Unfortunately, "Scandal's" official network has not released official synopsis for Season 4 Episode 19. However, there is a promo video (as published on YouTube.com by Television Promos) for "I'm Just a Bill" that teases some major conflict between the father and the daughter.
According to Melty. Fr, Papa Pope is after Huck who agreed to testify against B613. Meanwhile, Olivia finds herself in a very challenging situation wherein she has to make some very difficult choices. Olivia must take down her father, but this may jeopardize her relationship with Fitz. Olivia's battle with her father may result in tearing her away from Fitz. "Is your hatred for me so great you are willing to tear him down too," asks Rowan from Olivia in the video.
