British singer Adele has not released a new album in years and fans anticipating her third album will be waiting a little longer because a source reported that she will be going on a road trip before she releases her new songs.
A source told Daily Star Adele will be taking a summer road trip across the United States as she will be heading to Nashville, Tennessee. The source shared to the publication that Adele was supposed to release her third album last year but it was pushed back later this 2015 because of her road trip.
The source also told the publication that the road trip of Adele will be with her two-year-old son named Angelo but her partner Simon Konecki is not yet confirmed if he will be joining the said trip. Adele will be travelling to Tennessee because she wants to see the "real" America although she does love big cities such as Los Angeles.
The insider added that Adele wants to go on this trip because she knows that her schedule will get busy again soon. Adele wants to drive across the United States traditionally and not have any luxury such as sleeping in hotels and such as she wants to meet a lot of people who does not know her and experience their culture.
Also, according to the source, Adele chose Nashville because it has a lot of history related to music so the singer will be visiting a lot of bars playing live music. Adele is possibly going to visit the former home of Elvis Presley located in Memphis, Tennessee shared the source.
The publication also reported that the new album of Adele is rumored to be geared towards country music as opposed to her soulful genre in the past hit albums she produced. Adele reportedly worked with artists such as Lady Gaga and Phil Collins although there has been no confirmation about this information yet.
Meanwhile, musician Tracey Thorne praised Adele and her voice in an interview with The Guardian. Thorne shared she would kill to have the voice of the singer as Adele has so much power in her voice and she envies how she could go up and down the octaves.
