At 12 inches, the iPad Pro is Apple's largest tablet. Apple fans are quite excited not just for the product itself, but also on how the casing would be like.
According to Tech Times, there were already images that were leaked online last week. The design had people more excited to have a closer look at the 12 - inch iPad's casing. Just a few days ago, there was a new batch of images on possible design tweaks of the iPad Pro's casing.
Those images were shown at Nowhereelse, a French publication. Last March, Nowhereelse stated on their Twitter account that 12.03 x 8.64 x 0.28 inches might be the possible measurements of the iPad Pro.
Tech Investor News reported that other estimates on the Apple iPad Pro's casing is at 12.09 inches (height) and 8.74 inches (width). The thickness mentioned by Tech Investor was similar to Nowherelese, at 0.28 inches, actually quite thin for a large tablet.
The casing looks simple yet elegant. What's surprising is the similarity of the Apple iPad Pro casing leaks to the Apple iPad Air 2's casing. The leaked images of the iPad Pro shows that the opening jack for stereo speakers on the top and bottom of the casing will still be around.
Aside from the speaker openings, Rumors are spreading that the left side of the casing will have an opening for a lightning port or a USB - C port. An added bonus would probably be the possibility that the Apple iPad Pro case will also include an opening for a USB 3.0 port.
The chassis of the iPad Pro will still be thin and there will also be slim bezels, features that are very similar to iPad Air 2. The debut of Apple's largest tablet is set on September 2015. As the release date draws nearer, expect to have more leaked news on the final design of the iPad Pro's casing.
