"Once Upon a Time" (OUAT) Season 4 Episode 20 features highly-anticipated reunion. The upcoming segment is titled "Lily" and revolves around Emma's encounter with her childhood friend. However, the reunion means more troubles for Emma and her family as Lily happens to be Maleficent's daughter. Here are few spoilers for the next episode of "Once Upon a Time" (OUAT) Season 4. In the Episode 19 of "Once Upon a Time" (OUAT), fans saw Emma come one step closer to her dark side after pushing Cruella de Vil off the cliff to save Henry from getting killed. In Episode 20, Emma's tendency to succumb to her dark side becomes even more prominent frightening everyone who is close to her.
ABC has released a synopsis for "Once Upon a Time" (OUAT) Season 4 Episode 20 "Lily" on its official website. According to the press release, Emma and Lily's parents past actions leave their children's fate tied together forever in a way they never expected. Emma meets her best friend from foster care days and realises she is the daughter of Maleficent. She decides to reunite Lily and her mother. However, things take an unexpected turn when she finds out that Lily wants revenge and she wants to punish Snow White and Prince charming.
Regina and Emma come together as they chase Lily. They even take time to find Robin and warn him about Zelena and damage she can cause him. But Regina and Emma have new challenges to face as they step into outside world.
In Storybrooke, Gold has new problems to deal with which involves Belle. Also, fans can expect to see some flashbacks from Emma's early days in foster care and how things transform from bright to dark for Emma and her new family when Lily arrives.
A promo video (via YouTube.com/Promos and Previews) gives the glimpse of Emma and Lily's reunion. "Fate bought them together once, now they are re-united, as mortal enemies," the narrator says in the video. Fans can also view the photos published on Melty.fr for Episode 20 "Lily."
Chatting with TV Line about Pre-finale episodes, "Once Upon a Time's (OUAT) co-creator Adam Horowitz revealed that Emma and Lily's reunion "is not all deathly conflict." Producer Eddy Kitsis told the publication that there will be "moments of warmth" and "bonding" with lots of emotions. The episode will reportedly tell a "real story of friendship."
Meanwhile, Episode 20 will reveal more about Author's potentialities and weaknesses and Regina's past and present relationship with Robin.
