One Direction band member Louis Tomlinson is once again embroiled in drug abuse controversy. In a recently surfaced photograph, the singer is seen rolling a suspicious looking cigarette triggering the rumour of his addiction to marijuana.

In the blurry pic, the 23-year-old is seen perched on the edge of a sofa and appears to be rolling a joint. A plastic container filled with greenish substance can be seen lying next to the singer.

According to Daily Mail, the picture was taken on April 22, Wednesday, when Tomlinson was reportedly partying hard and was spotted taking five unidentified women back to his hotel after partying till 4:30 am in a highly inebriated state. The pic appears to be a screen grab from a Snapchat video uploaded by one of the girls from the singer's hotel room.

This is not the first time that Tomlinson's marijuana abuse has come to light. The singer was seen sharing a joint with his ex-band mate Zayn Malik in a shocking video which was filmed last year during the band' Latin American Leg of  the 2014 stadium tour. The explosive video which sent shock waves among the huge fan base of the band showed the two singers smoking and joking about the weed while sitting in a van, Billboard reported.

The band had to face heavy criticism due to the above mentioned video. Due to the emergence of recent pics and his reported intoxicated behaviour, Tomlinson's public image has been tarnished further as a drug loving party animal.

Earlier, it was reported that barring Harry Styles, Liam Payn and Niall Horan, Malik and Tomlinson was ordered by Philippines' government to post bonds worth close to $12,000 each to gain entry in the country for their scheduled performance in Manila.
