Jennette McCurdy and Ariana Grande have been the center of feuding rumors for months now, but in a recent interview with the actress, she revealed that they are still friends although they no longer working on a project together.
McCurdy and Grande worked on the Nickelodeon show "Sam & Cat" but it was already canceled in 2014. The 22-year-old actress finally talked about what really happened between her and the "Love Me Harder" crooner.
In an interview with Entertainment Weekly, McCurdy shared that there is no bad blood between them. McCurdy also dismissed the rumors that the real reason behind "Sam & Cat" cancellation was because they have had on-set arguments.
The starlet added that Grande recently gave her a book recommendation and they usually text each other at least once a week. They do this to catch up with what they have been up to and see what has been going on with their lives.
McCurdy will be starring in a Netflix thriller entitled "Between" and she said that Grande told her she cannot wait to watch it once it is out.
Grande, on the other hand, is busy with her singing career and is still in the process of moving on from her break up with the 27-year-old rapper Big Sean, Hollywood Life reported. Grande is surrounded by great friends after the break-up and that she and her fellow stars of "Scream Queens" have been hanging out a lot lately.
Meanwhile, Grande was one of the people tagged by singer Miley Cyrus regarding her new charity for homeless members of the Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, and Transsexual (LGBT) community. Cyrus recently launched her Happy Hippie Foundation.
