Melissa Rivers, the only child of the late comedian Joan Rivers, has ascertained once again that she is still angry over her mother's sudden death and "need answers."
Speaking on the "The Wendy Williams Show," Melissa said that she is eager to know what had happened which led to her mother's death amid a routine throat procedure.
"I want to find out what happened," said the 47-year-old TV producer. "I need to know. I need answers. I'm angry."
The "Fashion Police" co-host and acclaimed comedian died in October when a routine throat procedure went wrong and led the comic star into coma and eventually death after a week. She was 81.
In January, Melissa filed a claim against the New York clinic, where her mother went for a routine check-up and never regained consciousness again, People reported.
Since Joan's heartbreaking demise, the "Fashion Police" show, which is also considered her legacy, hit the rocky waters. Both the show's hosts, Kathy Griffin and Kelly Osbourne, quit the show after feuding with Giuliana Rancic over her controversial racist tone comment made over singer Zendaya's hairdo.
Melissa clarified that the "Fashion Police" show, which has been postponed, will not die and she will bring it back in September with a brand new panel probably including Khloe Kardashian and Kimora Lee Simons, E! News reported.
Also, Melissa tried to clear the air surrounding the inheritance which she received after her celeb mom's death. She slammed media outlets for wrongful reporting by saying that the $100 million amount was "giant exaggeration" of actual estate which she has received.
