Rapper Nicki Minaj and Tyga are probably heading towards diss war. Fans of the "Anaconda" hitmaker believe that her new music video "Feeling Myself" is a shot at "Loyal" hit maker in reference to his alleged romance with the underage "Keeping Up With The Kardashian," star Kylie Jenner.
Minaj, in collaboration with Beyonce, dropped the new music video on Tidal last night for "Feeling Myself," in which she is rocking an expensive sports jersey emblazoned with words "Pervert 17." Although neither Minaj nor the Queen Bey has ever issued a statement, fans believe that the video is a take on the infamous rapper known for dumping his wife and kid for a 17-year-old reality TV star.
The jersey, which is making more news than the song itself, reportedly is a Givenchy see-through, sweater worth $1,725, TMZ reported. The words "Pervert 17" are embellished with sequins in the front which has reportedly struck a note with the fans, who are probably unaware it is a popular phrase and has nothing to do with anyone's age.
Minaj and Tyga had a dispute earlier as well over the song "Truffle Butter," of which they had recorded competing versions. Later "Anaconda" singer declared that she has made up with the rapper.
The new song is only available only on Jay Z's music streaming service, Tidal.
Meanwhile, Gossipcop claimed that the 25-year-old rapper has also dropped a new song "Hollywood N*ggaz" on Tuesday, which is said to be in response to the backlash which he often receives regarding his personal life, including the relationship with Jenner, who is still a minor until her 18th birthday in August.
"Got a lot, lot of sh*t to say, so I'ma start of saying this, I can give a f*ck what a magazine say, get off my d*ck," raps Tyga in his newly released track.
