"Empire" star Bryshere "Yazz" Gray recently revealed that he is nothing like Hakeem Lyon in real life. However, if there is one similarity between the two of them, that would be their fashion style.

In a recent interview with Entertainment Weekly, Gray revealed that he is the only character from "Empire" who is allowed to style himself.

According to him, Hakeem's fashion in season 1 was very much like his style in real life, but come season 2, he will be changing his look a little bit.

In addition to Hakeem's choices of clothing, Gray also revealed that his character will undergo a major transition in season 2. However, whether or not the transition will be good or bad for him is something fans need to watch out for in the upcoming episodes.

"I know it is gonna be crazy. As for my character, Hakeem Lyon, he is gonna transition. I cannot tell you if it is good or bad. But the Lyon family, it is very dysfunctional right now," he said.

Meanwhile, "Empire" will see several other changes in their upcoming season. In season 1, Fox released a total of 12 episodes. After the series was embraced by fans, the network confirmed that season 2 will have 18 episodes, IBTimes reported.

However, "Empire" loyalists have to wait for a few more months before the first nine episodes will be released on Fox. After which, the series will go on a short break prior to the premiere of the second half.

"Empire" will return to Fox starting this fall.
