Rumors are rife that not only Arnold Schwarzenegger is going to reprise his role as sword singing Conan in his next upcoming movie "The Legend Of Conan," his son and Miley Cyrus' ex, Patrick Schwarzenegger is also likely to have a meaty role in the anticipated flick.
According to reports from ABC News, the "Terminator" star will once again grace the silver screen as Conan, the Barbarian. The movie will not be a reboot but a sequel in a true sense as it will revisit the life of the great warrior, who is now in his twilight years.
"So we've been working on Conan and I'm really excited to be working on this -- to do another Conan movie and hopefully it will be soon," exclaimed the 67-year-old ionic actor. "Conan the Barbarian," based on 1930s era, was one of the major movies of the actor's career and is often deemed as the vehicle to his stardom, earning more than $100 million worldwide.
The film's writer, Chris Morgan, further added that "at least three" big yet undisclosed names from original cast are coming back for the sequel. No further detail of the plot or release date is available yet.
Meanwhile, the possibility of younger Schwarzenegger being part of the iconic movie has created a sense of excitement among the cinema goers. It is highly anticipated that Patrick might play Conan's heir in the movie and will share some great moments with his father for the first time on screen.
The upcoming movie will prove a major landmark in the acting career of Patrick, who has to date done only small cameo role in movies like "Grown Ups 2" in 2013 and "Dear Eleanor" in 2014, VC Post reported.
