"Spy" star Jason Statham, 47, who played Deckard Shaw in "Furious 7," recently revealed that he loves to get drunk with his girlfriend model Rosie Huntington-Whiteley, 28, who is part of "Mad Max: Fury Road" cast.
When asked by Esquire magazine what he and Huntington-Whiteley like to do together, Statham replied, "We get drunk and float around the swimming pool."
In the interview with the magazine, Statham also talked about his recent comedy film "Spy" with Melissa McCarthy, which will hit theaters on June 5. He said has always been apprehensive about trying to do a comedy movie because it can be either brilliant or terrible.
Known for the films "The Mechanic," "The Expendables," "Transporter" and "Crank" among others, Statham said at least in making an action film, there is always going to be somebody who wants to see a car chase even if many people do not like it.
"But bad comedy is just garbage," Statham said but he added that "Spy" works and he gives a lot of the credit to the film's director and writer Paul Feig.
Meanwhile, Statham's girlfriend recently graced the cover of Lui magazine. In the magazine cover photo, Huntington-Whiteley is smoking while showing a lot of skin. There are several provocative photos of the British model in the magazine, one of which features her with a snake.
Huntington-Whiteley plays The Splendid Angharad in George Miller's "Mad Max: Fury Road," which stars Tom Hardy as Max Rockatansky, Charlize Theron as Imperator Furiosa, Nicholas Hoult as Nux, Hugh Keays-Byrne as Immortan Joe, Josh Helman as Slit and Nathan Jones as Rictus Erectus, among others.
