During the presentation, Pinterest said that once the feature is rolled out, users will see a bright blue Buy button right next to the red Pin It Button. The company added that the service will, for now, support purchases made through credit card and Apple Pay.
Pinterest promised that desktop and Android support will soon follow in subsequent updates that will be released in the future. The Buy button will be released first in the United States and will be available in the iOS platform. Pinterest has yet to confirm the official release date. However, the company provided an estimate window and said that the feature should be ready by July.
