Willow Smith has grabbed one of her biggest fashion gigs so far by becoming the face of Marc Jacobs' brand. The 14-year-old daughter of Will Smith and "Gotham" star Jada Pinkett Smith has joined music icon, Cher, to endorse the brand's fall-winter 2015 collection.
The information has been disclosed by the Jacobs himself, who took to Instagram on Thursday to unveil the first look of the teenager's campaign, in which she is propped on a tall stool, posing in a full skirt, with an embellished coat nipped at the waist, accessorized with lace-up stacked heels, while staring at the camera with an inclined head.
Calling Willow a "talented, stylish and charming" model, Jacobs posted a photo of the teenage model accompanied by a lengthy caption which included the names of the earlier models who have endorsed the brand in the past, including Victoria Beckham, Jamie Bochert, Miley Cyrus and Kate Moss.
The 52-year-old famous designer went on to reveal that more of the celebrities will soon be featured in the campaign.
Despite her young age, the teenager appears to be a professional model as she posed in a doll-like fashion for David Sims. The celeb child, who was styled and shot by Chanel designer Karl Lagerfeld for a stunning V magazine spread at the age of 13, is not a stranger to the fashion world, Daily Mail reported.
Back in March, the "Whip My Hair" singer featured in a powerful quirky shoot for CR Fashion Book. The teenager, who has launched a new single "F Q-C #7" in May, is the currently mentored by Jay Z's record label Roc Nation, ET Online reported. In fact, she is the youngest artist to sign the label to date.
