"Empire" season 2 is almost three months away and Serayah, who plays Tiana Brown in the hit Fox series, has just turned 20. One of those who took to Twitter to give her a birthday greeting is her friend, "Bad Blood" hit maker Taylor Swift.
"It's the beautiful @SerayahLove's birthday today!! I'll be dancing in your honor onstage in Germany tonight!" Swift tweeted.
Serayah was one of Swift's celebrity friends who appeared in the female dominated cast of the music video of "Bad Blood," which is from Swift's "1989" album.
Except for Kendrick Lamar, the "Bad Blood" music video stars female celebrities including Selena Gomez, Ellie Goulding, Lena Dunham, Zendaya, Hailee Steinfeld, Ellen Pompeo, Jessica Alba, Lily Aldridge, Mariska Hargitay, Hayley Williams, Gigi Hadid, Karlie Kloss, Cara Delevingne, Cindy Crawford, and Martha Hunt.
Titled "The Devils Are Here," "Empire" season 2 episode 1 is set to air on Sept. 23. Set to reprise their roles in the sophomore season of the hit Fox series are Taraji P. Henson, Terrence Howard, Jussie Smollett, Ta'Rhonda Jones, Gabourey Sidibe, Trai Byers, Bryshere Y. Gray, Grace Gealey, and Kaitlin Doubleday, among others.
"Empire" season 2 will also feature "Grown Ups" star Chris Rock, "Again" singer Lenny Kravitz, "She Knows" singer Ne-Yo, and Nicki Minaj's "Girl On Fire" collaborator Alicia Keys, as guest artists.
Meanwhile, Henson was recently hospitalized because of food poisoning, according to TMZ. Prior to this, she had trouble keeping food down. She also recently promoted "Empire" season 2 at the 2015 Monte Carlo TV Festival in Monaco, New York Daily News reported.
