"Days of Our Lives" (DOOL) features high-on-drama and action-packed episodes in the week of June 22 - 26. The show sees the conclusion to Nicole and Eric's war with Xander. At the end, the duo struggles for their life and Xander gets punished. Meanwhile, fans can expect to see some intriguing developments in the lives of several Salem City residents. The upcoming week on "Days of Our Lives" (DOOL) opens with Xander trying to get hold of his enemies, Nicole and Eric. According to spoilers by We Love Soaps, Xander designs a new trap for Nicole and Eric and succeeds in doing that.
Entertainment publication Soap Central notes that Eric and Nicole find themselves stuck in a furnace where they fight for their life in the absence of oxygen. This brings Nicole and Eric close once again. As they struggle to survive, they reveal their feelings for each other. Eric tells Nicole that she is the one for him. Nicole makes a confession, too. Daniel, Serena and Brady look for the duo. Before getting rescued, Eric and Nicole share an emotional moment and kiss each other.
Meanwhile, Xander and Navidad fail to make an escape. Victor finds them and passes a death sentence for Xander. Nicole and Eric are rushed to the hospital as their health begins to deteriorate.
Marlena is very worried for Eric. This leads her to John for support. They open up during the time of crisis. As for Nicole and Eric, they begin to recover while they struggle with the memory of their horrifying experience and try to keep their secret under the wraps. However, consequences of their past actions await them.
Across the town, Chad and Abigail fight with their feelings for each other. They try to forget their recent tryst. In an attempt to forget Chad, Abigail decides to take things forward with Ben. However, things between Ben and Abby may not be smooth-sailing. As for Chad, he finds comfort in Zoe. They end up kissing.
Troubles seem to be far from over for Sonny and Will. Their relationship continues to challenge them time and again. Meanwhile, Paul makes a plea to Sonny and confesses his love for him. And Sonny finds himself torn between Will and Paul. As Sonny remains uncertain about his feelings for both Will and Paul, he discovers Will's latest game plan. This only adds up to Sonny's confusion about his feelings for him. Will approaches Kate for help.
Brady has proposition for Theresa. Later, however, Theresa realizes that her plan has backfired and things are not in her favour. And J.J. and Paige get into a major confrontation.
