"Hannibal" is in its final season on NBC and fans must prepare themselves for some action. The show is ten episodes away from its finale. But before it bids goodbye, the show is set to feature an explosive Episode 4 titled "Aperitivo." Dr. Lecter's enemies join forces to even scores with him. Episode 4 of Season 3, focused on Lecter's past. Will Graham's search for Hannibal Lecter took him to Lithuania, Lecter's childhood home. Here, he learnt that Lecter's sister was murdered and cannibalised. In Florence, Lecter tells Du Maurier about his sister.
Will Graham's search for Lecter continues in Episode 4 "Aperitivo." According to the synopsis (via SpoilerTV) for the upcoming segment of "Hannibal" Season 3, Dr. Frederick Chilton will return with a motive of capturing Hannibal and take his revenge.
Dr. Frederick Chilton is also one of Hannibal's victims, who was brutally attacked by the cannibalistic doctor. The gunshot has left Chilton disfigured. Now, Chilton is back and he wants to even scores with Lecter with the help of Graham.
Meanwhile, Jack Crawford wants Graham to discard the idea of finding Lecter. At the same time, Bella's health begins to deteriorate and keeps Crawford distracted.
Fans will also meet Alana Bloom in Episode 4 who is supporting another victim of Hannibal, Mason Verger. Verger wants revenge from Lecter and he wants to see the doctor "eaten alive." In other news, Season 3 may not be the end of "Hannibal." Several media outlets are speculating that the show may be picked up by another network after its run comes to an end on NBC. Speaking to TV Line, the creator of the show Bryan Fuller revealed he has already planned Season 4 of the psychological thriller.
"My idea for Season 4 was perhaps one of the coolest yet," Fuller told aforementioned entertainment publication.
While the showmaker refrained from revealing many details, he disclosed what will be the focus of "Hannibal" Season 4.
"It would have explored the Hannibal-Will Graham relationship in a much deeper fashion than the series ever has before," Fuller added.
