A new event has been announced for "Pokemon Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire" in partnership with GameStop. Dragonite is now being offered as a free Pokemon for players who can drop by participating GameStop outlets between now until July 12.
The Pokemon Company announced the new event, which will bring in the Dragonite as a new competitor to the "Pokemon Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire" roster. After getting the code, players should access the Mystery Gift tab on the main menu and select Receive Gift.
Upon selecting "Get with Code" and clicking "Yes," the code can now be entered. Go back to the game and ensure that there is an empty space in the party. Approach the delivery girl in a Pokemon Center to get the Dragonite.
There's also a new app that Pokemon fans can avail of via Android devices. Titled the "Pokemon Jukebox," this new app is free to download. It allows plays to listen to songs of different Pokemon games, including last year's "Pokemon Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire."
These songs can be accessed as frequently as every day, but the catch is that users can only access three songs per day. The songs will also be rotated to keep users hooked and listening to what will be made available.
However, the free feature ends for those who want to purchase songs via the in-app shop. Each song costs $0.99, and these tracks will be the ones that the Android user can play anytime. Another type of purchasable songs are medleys, worth $1.99, which is a collection of songs that have been mixed together in a full collection worth listening to.
The "Pokemon Jukebox" can be downloaded via the Google Play Store. The Android device should have at least the 4.1 OS version or higher to play the app. One downside to the app is that the songs are locked to the app of the phone, with no syncing capabilities offered for Android users who may have more than one device.
