"Neon Lights" hit maker Demi Lovato set the pulse racing among her fans, when she took to Instagram on June 25, Thursday, to make the big announcement about the release her new single, "Cool For The Summer," on July 1.
"My new single is called #CoolForTheSummer and will be out July 1!!!!!!! AHHHHHHHH," wrote the singer to caption the photo of the cover art of the upcoming single, in which she is looking super-hot.
In the pic, the 22-year-old singer is seen sitting on a beach chair in the sand, while rocking a teal, one-piece swim suit with several cut-outs going down her stomach, which bring focus subtely on her well-toned legs. The singer has elevated the glamour quotient by sporting a purple faux fur coat and yellow heels.
The singer, who has been target of body shamers in the past, has completed her amazing looks with slick back hair, glowing skin and a pair of sunglasses.
The upcoming single is being cited as the biggest hit of her career and is likely to be different from what she has sung so far.
This will be Lovato's first release since 2014's "Really Don't Care," featuring Cher Lyod. The announcement of the new single had triggered the speculation among her fans that a new album must be on the way, Daily Mail reported. Her last album, "Demi," was released in May 2013.
Apart from making music, Lovato has also plunged into the world of mobile gaming app. The singer will soon launch a yet untitled gaming app, which will give Lovatics, as her fans like to call themselves, a sneak peek into the rock star's touring life and to experience how it feels to tour with her, Entertainment Weekly reported.
